Come and join us on the 12th July for the 2025 Heybridge Basin Regatta. It's a great day of sailing races, family fun and competitions. There are a variety of onshore stalls such as unique craft, homemade cakes, tombola and kids prize games. We  are raising money this year for Action for young carers and The Maritime Heritage Foundation.

If you cannot make any homemade cakes, a shop bought donation is appreciated too.

We are kindly asking for donations for our stalls and for the Tombola and Raffle prizes of the following items:-

All donations can be taken to The Jolly Sailor pub or the committee will be door knocking for village collections the week commencing 6th July in the evening along with selling raffle tickets.

Welcome to the Heybridge Basin Regatta 2025.

I am very proud to say this is my fourth year as chairperson being supported by a fantastic hardworking committee.

Last year was a bit of a wash out, but we still managed to raise some money for the chosen charities, and the weather cleared for the dinghy and raft races, and the much loved 'Greasy Pole pillow fight'. We are running a mini mud race after I took part in the Maldon Mud Race in May. I would love you all to get involved in the races and competitions.

We hope that this year we see some great weather and we are very lucky to be joined and supported by Caroline Coastal who will be broadcasting live on the day.
